अलीगढ़। बीएएमएस (बैचलर ऑफ आयुर्वेद मेडिसिन एंड सर्जरी) के प्रथम शैक्षिक सत्र के शुभारंभ पर मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय में उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम (आरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम) का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बीएएमएस में प्रवेश लेने वाले नए विद्यार्थियों का स्वागत व उन्हें विश्वविद्यालय की प्रणाली व कामकाज से अवगत कराना था। कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों के साथ ही अभिभावकों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ कुलपति प्रो. केवीएसएम कृष्णा, कुलसचिव बिग्रेडियर समरवीर सिंह, डीन एकेडमिक उल्लास गुरुदास ने संयुक्त रुप से मां सरस्वती व आयुर्वेद के देवता धनवंतरि के सामने दीप प्रज्ज्वलति कर किया। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा मां सरस्वती व भगवान धनवंतरि की वंदना भी की गई। इसके बाद स्वागत गीत हुआ।
कुलपति प्रो. केवीएसएम कृष्णा ने नए विद्यार्थियों को मंविवि का हिस्सा बनने पर बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय वैश्विक दक्षताओं व विभिन्न गतिविधियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर शिक्षा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। कुलसचिव बिग्रेडियर समरवीर सिंह ने संचालित विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रमों, लाइब्रेरी, कंप्यूटर सेंटर, आईटी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, परीक्षा प्रणाली, ग्रेडिंग प्रणाली, हॉस्टल आदि के साथ ही विवि की नीतियों से अवगत कराया। डीन एकेडमिक उल्लास गुरुदास ने विद्यार्थियों को बेहतरीन शिक्षण अनुभव प्रदान करने की बात कही। प्रिंसिपल प्रो. कुमुदनी पवार ने सेमिस्टर के संबंध में विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला। डॉ. पीसी शुक्ला ने आभार व्यक्त किया। संचालन डॉ. नियति शर्मा ने किया। इस मौके पर परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ. दिनेश शर्मा, डॉ. राजीव शर्मा, डॉ. अनुराग शाक्य, डॉ. दीप शिखा सक्सेना, डॉ. देवप्रकाश, डॉ. अंकुर अग्रवाल, डॉ. संतोष गौतम, डॉ. दानिश नकबी, डॉ. पूनम रानी, डॉ. रेखा रानी, डॉ. सौरभ कुमार, डॉ. आरके शर्मा, डॉ. राजेश उपाध्याय, डॉ. योगेश गुप्ता, मोहन माहेश्वरी, अभिषेक गुप्ता, तरुण शर्मा, मयंक सिंह, विकास यादव आदि थे।
